Acceptable Use Policy
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. By using KiCI you agree not to use the service to:
Prohibited content and activity
- Break the law, or facilitate illegal activity.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
- Distribute malware, run exploits, or attack third parties or their systems.
Abuse of the service
- Abuse the hosted relay or our infrastructure — for example resource abuse, cryptocurrency mining, denial-of-service, or scraping.
- Circumvent plan limits, quotas, or fair-use controls, or share a single subscription across unrelated organisations to evade limits.
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the hosted service without our written permission.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove offending configuration, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. We aim to give notice where practical, but may act immediately to protect the service or others.
